With version 1.0.4 of the Samsung Theme Designer, Chinese designers and developers will have the opportunity to create their own themes and distribute them to millions of Samsung Mobile users across the globe via Samsung Apps. The service, brought to you in Chinese, is fully technically supported via the ask.dev service and we will also encourage discussion and interaction on our discussion boards.
